The safety of students and staff is always a top priority!  All doors will be locked during the school day.  Due to Covid-19, we are limiting the amount of visitors that will be allowed into the building.  If you need to pick your student up for an appointment, we ask that you please wait in your vehicle and let us know when you arrive.  Any individual who needs to come into the school will need to set up an appointment that is approved by principal.

Dear Merrill Families:
We are pleased to inform you that the Oshkosh Area School District will be implementing the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) while participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs for School Year 2021-2022.
     What does this mean…            Great news!
All students enrolled at Merrill Middle School are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch, at no charge, each day of the 2021-2022 school year.  Your students will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit a meal application.  Also, this will allow less cash handling, fewer negative balances, and less judgement!

*The district will still be requesting applications from households with a student participating in the CEP; however, receipt of free breakfast and lunch meals does not depend on returning it.  Completing the application is still necessary for other programs, and may be used to determine if a household is eligible for these additional benefits.
